I agree, that's one of the first things my friend and I noticed. His proportions are not right at all; I'm an artist, I LOVE to draw. And determining by the length of the arms and where they end on his body, it's not POSSIBLE for his body to be that short.

And another question, where is the machinery ? The hospital machines, where ? I see maybe a tube coming out of his mouth, but also. Why does his skin still have some color ? It's how long after death ? I don't believe it. And I'd like to know where this picture came from in the first place. Who took it ? And why is it such bad quality ?

Where is his vitiligo at o his arm ? That's why Michael wore clothes that covered his skin, because of his skin spots and he was embarrassed by it.

I totally agree! Where are the machines?! Why does his wrist look so weird? The main thing is why does he look so short? How did TMZ get a clearer version of the picture? Also, did you hear the voice on the tape that was supposed to be a 'drugged up' MJ? I shouted at the TV, "THAT IS NOT MICHAEL!" as soon as I heard it!

Me too !! IT did NOT sound like him ! And at any rate, if it IS him, WHY did Murray have it ? Why did he make a recording of him drugged up ? I don't understand it !

The picture has to be false. Oh, and Emma dear, here's a good laugh for you. Do you remember as I do, the reports saying the man they had in the autopsy report had no hair ? In that picture. . . He SURE seems to have alotta hair ! Wouldn't you agree ?

I find it funny how it's contradictory. The picture itself doesn't look real. IT really racks my mind, I look at the picture, and I feel nothing. I feel a little dread, but I don't feel 'This is Michael. . .' when I see it. I didn't cry, it unnerved me, but I wasn't like this is him. I didn't feel it.

It was shocking, so it's understandable when you cried. What really made my heart ache was the recording, but then I didn't feel that was him. But in a way I did.
In a sense, no, it wasn't him, because he was drugged up. Perhaps it was, I only feel maybe it was him is because of what he said that touched my heart. 'Michael Jackson's Children's Hospital'. It was a beautiful feeling for me.

But then, I don't think that sounded like him at all. The slurring and everything. It seemed. . . Staged to me. I mean COME ON, honestly ? Why would he be recording him ? And at that, why didn't he GET HIM HELP if it was real ?

The photo is up in the air, the hair and the skin color and his height in the picture. It doesn't add up, it's not him. That's all I know. I want to see a REAL picture, if I can see a real picture, I may believe them but they've gotta do better than that. It's obviously not real !

I think BOTH are not real...from all of the things we pointed out with the photo that were wrong and I think the voice just didn't sounds like Michael's at all! I guess it might be a bit clearer when we hear it in full...or have you already? I cannot watch the trial at this moment because I don't want to disturb what my mum is watching on TV

I heard it in full, I've been watching it since it started this morning. It was still slurry and everything, but I still agree that it doesn't sound like him. Right now, at this moment, Kenny Ortega has taken the stand. They're just introducing him right now.

Hi everyone. I have recovered a little bit. I must speak again about the picture in the hospital. Michael actually looks at the picture did not look so bad. Perhaps a little thin and somewhat fragile, but otherwise, as an angel of sleep.
Let us remember: Did not the man said of the 911, the paramedics, he has not recognized Michael in bed, there was an old, sick, like a hospice patient, or something in the way ..... So, he saw a man who looked really awful, old and sick to death. In this photo in the hospital, I can not say that Michael looks like a hospice patient.
Just a thought.

In the photo, he looks like healthy Michael. But we know that the report said he looked sick and not like himself at all. Yet the photo tells us that he looks just like himself sleeping ?

Maybe they had a little 'photoshoot' in the hospital bed ? Because now that you mention it, it's. . . Just plain strange that now the medical records are being contradicted. AGAIN.

Emma, whenever you read this, I gotta apologize, cause I didn't see your post with the picture of Michael in the hospital bed or maybe I didn't read it very well. But, I just looked at it and. . . THERE IS DEFINITELY PHOTOSHOP IN THIS PICTURE !!

There is no way in heck that picture is real ! The neck IS mangled looking, rather, looks like the mess left after blending in photoshop ! Blending, to make sure the head looks normal on the body.
Guys, let's not let this photo take us by surprise - Did we not prove that the 'last picture of MJ alive' was a fake !? It was admitted to be photoshopped, and proven ! This is the same case !

I believe it was created to scare the people of the jury, to shock, and to hurt. Although I know their intentions are not to hurt, but to make people realize there is foul play, it's still wrong to do.

His skin isn't right, there's no vitiligo spots, the hand looks messed up, the body's too short, there's no machines in the room, you can see evidence of photoshop in the picture. Talking about proportions, his legs look WAY too small and short compared to the length and size of his upper half, and if you look at his hand, it looks too small.

Not to be mean, but the body itself looks almost like that of an old man - like the mouth and stuff, kinda makes me think of maybe an elderly man that passed away and they photoshopped his face onto it. Just a thought, because I do not feel that that can possibly be his body in any way shape or form.

If you're gonna photoshop a picture to fool people, at least cover your tracks and do a decent job.

Okay, I'm watching Piers Morgan Tonight, because I'm laying down for bed (or I was lol) and he was interviewing with Kathy Hilton, she was talking about how happy he was before the murder, she was talking about seeing him at the hotel playing with his kids in the garden, and him going trick-or-treating with them, when she said something that shocked me ! Because I was waiting, thinking 'she's going to slip up.' Only because, she was looking like she was FORCING her sadness, like she was forcing a sad face, forcing the mournful face she put on !

What she said was along the lines of this :

". . . Actually, on Halloween 2009, I got this huge huge treasure box full of candy. . . And Michael said to me, 'you like it ? do you like it ?' "

SHE SAID HALLOWEEN OF 2009 !! She WAS talking about 2009, it wasn't a mistake, because she CLEARLY said October of 2009 !
She said plainly that she spoke to him, saying he was asking her if she likes the candy box. How can she talk to him if he supposedly died in June ?!?!?!
I'm telling you, I KNOW WHAT I JUST HEARD ! I know firmly what I heard, and I was wide awake when I heard her say this and first thing I did was jump on my laptop to tell you guys !

It was a live interview (I believe) so you probably won't be able to see it again But I promise you guys on all that I love, and beLIEve, I heard her say clearly what she said. It was no mistake. She was talking about Halloween of 2009.

Thoughts ? Do you think this could be an 'innocent' slip up ? I do not. She was recalling the events of 2009, the last times she saw him during the year, when she said it. She was not talking about the past Halloween, she said Halloween of 2009.
(Sorry if I keep getting a little more than excited about my thoughts, but with everything they're saying in the trial, when I can come up with a clue that makes me go AH HA! Then I'm more than happy to share it to help strengthen your strength too !)
